Menopause is a natural, inevitable part of female biology — a whole-system physiological and neuroendocrine transition, where the brain and body move from the reproductive to the non-reproductive stage of life. This transition affects hormones, the brain, nervous system, energy, metabolism, emotions and identity.

Menopause is a stage where you — dear woman — are invited to start caring for yourself differently: the menopause way.

About Me

I’m Petra Babikova-Bird, MSc — a holistic healthy lifestyle devotee, mum, educator, and currently navigating my own perimenopause journey. I understand first-hand how confusing, isolating, and overwhelming this life stage can feel — and I’m passionate about supporting women to move through it with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

My approach blends evidence-aware science, holistic lifestyle principles, and lived experience. With a degree in Biology, Menopause Champion training through the Menopause Experts Group, and ongoing studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I bring a whole-systems, non-clinical perspective to menopause mentoring and education. I work with women who want to understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and move through this transition with dignity, ease, and a sense of thriving.
